Our Factory Introduction:
1)Our factory strictly complies with the national requirements for the production environment of the drug packaging,holding coating PVDC,LDPE composite hard sheet production line and six-roll calendar PVC production line.All production is completed in the D level area,with the set-up of B level bacteria inspection area,physica laboratory,chemical laboratory,with advanced testing equipment,water vapor through the detector,oxygen transmission detector, meteorological chromatograph,constant temperature and humidity box,biochemical
incubator,mold incubator,electronic tension machine ,heat sealing instrument,one ten thousandth electronic analytical balance,etc.
2)Our factory imported raw and auxiliary materials including PVDC latex from BASF of Germany and reinforcement and auxiliary materials from Nakafuchi of Japan,which are strictly inspected after purchase and put into use after passing the inspection.The workshop carries out production operations in strict accordance with the established SOP to increase the uniformity of produces.After the prodcuted is produced,it will be comprehensively inspected and released before it can be stored and shipped,to ensure the stability and conformity of products across evert step.

2) Moisture-absorbing drugs: For example, aspirin enteric-coated tablets, some antibiotic capsules (e.g., cephalosporin capsules), enzyme preparations (e.g., pepsin tablets), etc. After absorbing moisture, they may agglomerate, have reduced disintegration, or their active ingredients may degrade.
3) Volatile drugs: Some solid pharmaceuticals containing volatile components (e.g., certain traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations). The barrier property of PVC/PVDC can reduce the loss of volatile components.
4) Light-sensitive drugs: Although the light-shielding property of PVC/PVDC is not as good as that of aluminum foil, it can also be used for some drugs sensitive to light when combined with other light-shielding designs (such as dark coatings), helping to reduce photo-oxidation effects.
