Wallis custom color PVC/PC core sheet, also known as a card middle sheet or colored card core, is engineered for plastic card manufacturers that require a consistent structural layer, controlled color appearance and dependable lamination performance. A card core sheet is the structural middle layer in a laminated plastic card. Printed color, core color and final laminated color may not look identical. Transparent overlays, ink coverage, gloss level and lighting can affect visual perception. For this reason, approval should be based on the actual card structure whenever color accuracy is commercially important.
