1. prepare a set of non-laminating pvc sheets, including 1 pcs 0.46mm core sheet and 2 pcs of 0.15mm printing sheets

2. design the cards image and mirror print it on 0.15mm printing sheet. be aware that no protective film side is printable surface.

3. tear off the protective film on both sides of 0.46mm core sheet

4. put 3 layers: printing sheet, core sheet and printing sheet together in order, printing surface face to core sheet. laminate 3 sheets in 120-160degree centigrade

5. cut it into halves

6. cut it in ID card cutting machine and tear off the surface film.
