6-Step Production Process
Mirror laser print on both 0.15mm overlays.
Peel off the protective film from the 0.46mm white PVC core.
Stack the printed overlay, PVC core and second printed overlay in the correct order.
Hot press at 130–150°C for 3–5 minutes according to production conditions.
Cool the pressed sheet and cut it into CR80 or customized card sizes.
Peel the surface film to obtain finished plastic cards.
