High brightness Edgelit led light bar

High brightness Edgelit led light bar is an economic lighting solution for light box which thickness is at least 80mm for

double sides lighting light box. This high power LED light bar is with super brightness and easy installation. DC24V input voltage is very safe for usage.

The aluminum profile is needed for this led edge light bar for better heatsink

FAQ:

1. Can it be cut?
***No. Because this aluminum PCB is 2mm thick, we have professional tools to cut it to be 5LEDs .

Ordinary tools cann't cut easily. If you need to cut, it is best to inform us in advance, we will cut and solder the terminal connectors directly and deliver it for your convenience. It can also avoid cutting errors and damage due to problems such as insufficient sharpness of tools when cutting on your side.

2. Why there are two same appearance but different length?
***Because we have light length 47cm and 20cm, 20cm light is specially for the distance shorter than 50cm but longer than 20cm, if no lights, there will be dark area. For example, 250cm cannot use 5pcs 47cm lights directly, because the inner length is not 250cm, so maybe 4pcs 50cm lights and 1-2 pcs 20cm lights. Hope I make you clear for that.

3. What information should I provide for you, to see if it is suitable for our project?
***Good question!
We need information as below:

1) What is your light box depth (thickness ) and length, width?
2) Double sided lighting or single sided lighting?
3) Waterproof needed ?
4) Need to be dimmable from 0-100% brightness?
5) Do you have your frame picture to share? We need to check if our fixing accessories are okay for your installation or not.
6) How many light boxes will you install lights?

3. How should I know the LED edge light bar quantity I need?
***Let's take an example. If your light box is 115 x 250 cm, you only need to install lights along 115cm sides. Our light distance can be 300cm from left to right side or top to bottom side. In this case, your light cost will be much lower. Below is our 400cm * 300cm light box, we only installed lights along 400cm sides, no lights along 300cm sides. The light effect is quite good.
