n LED fabric frame light box (also called a SEG fabric light box) is a modern illuminated display system used for advertising, retail displays, exhibitions, and interior decoration. It combines an aluminum frame, LED lighting, and a tension fabric graphic to create bright, seamless visual displays . 

1. Structure

A typical LED fabric frame light box includes:

• Aluminum frame – slim and durable, usually with a groove channel.

• LED lighting system – edge-lit or backlit LED strips that provide uniform illumination.

• SEG fabric graphic – fabric printed with high-resolution images, with a silicone edge sewn around the border that fits into the frame groove.

• Power supply / driver – usually low-voltage LED driver (often 12V or 24V).

2. Working Principle

The fabric graphic is stretched tightly across the aluminum frame by inserting the silicone edge into the frame channel. LED lights inside the frame illuminate the fabric from behind, producing bright, evenly distributed backlit images without visible hotspots.
