Wallis supplies pharmaceutical rigid PVC blister film and hard sheet for tablet, capsule, vitamin, nutraceutical, veterinary and selected healthcare packaging. The rigid PVC forming web provides optical clarity, dimensional stability and controlled thermoforming performance for conventional pharmaceutical blister production.

Pharmaceutical rigid PVC film is a thermoformable plastic forming web used to create cavities in conventional blister packages. The material is heated, formed around the required cavity geometry, filled with the pharmaceutical product and then sealed with a compatible lidding structure.
